Do you do returns ?
Unfortunately, since we are a small business and we try to accommodate all of our customers there will be no returns under any circumstances. We will accommodate with a credit, with in 3 business days .
When will I receive my package ?
We usually try to ship between 3 to 7 business days, that is not including weekends, holidays, and or federal holidays . Also please keep in mind that does not include weather delays.
What if my merchandise is damaged ?
Please try to contact us with in 3 days so that we can accommodate to a full extent . After that we will not be able to resolve your issue.
What if a item does not fit ?
Please be sure to order your size, I will take as many videos and pictures as needed and requested to make sure you get the correct size. Also to insure that the items are stretchy or not. Just in case the item does not fit please be sure to contact us so we can assist with a size exchange. (PLEASE BE AWARE THE RETURN FEE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY).
Can I make any changes to my order after it's been successfully placed ?
Since we do our best to ship packages as promptly as possible, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed and processed.
I need to cancel my order, what should I do ?
