Shipping Policy
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.
You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.
Please advise if you need your order by a certain date, contact us BEFORE your order is placed to make arrangements.
If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliveredable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the full shipping cost for your item to be reshipped. For any refunds on that order, we are unable to refund the cost originally paid for shipping.
To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and or suite numbers/letters. Please also make sure to include your business name . If it’s going to your work place or a specified business, school and or job site
Allow up to 3-7 business days for shipping confirmation will be sent via email.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. We will NOT replace or refund any orders delivered to the provided shipping address.
Any international orders please contact me directly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return total.
